Summary: A good overall review but not completely up to date
Comment: This 70 minute video covers basic chart use, dead reckoning, navigation rules, and the use of radar. Because the video is over 10 years old (1988) the section on electronic navigation is out of date (Loran and radio beacons were presented), GPS was briefly discussed. This video provides an easy way for the bigginer to learn the basics of coastal navigation but would likely be over simplified for the intermediate sailor. I recommed this video for bigginers only or for review, no advanced topics are presented here.
