Summary: The shape of speed
Comment: This video is without a doubt the most comprehensive lecture on sail trim out there. While it goes into great depth in a variety of areas, it is simple to understand, in my experience, applying the material covered here definitely produces results. All the idiosyncrysies of downwind trimming are laid out here well. Without a doubt though, his coverage of tacking is the most informative. The fact that there are video examples to illustrate the commentary makes it all the more clear. All in all-great for the advanced sailor. A great supplement to this movie is "A Manual of Sail Trim."
